Chef Matthew Vogelbacher

I attended The International School of Culinary Arts from 2010 through 2012. Started my career working at Sport Authority Field a week after I started school and worked under some of the best chefs in Denver, Co. While at the stadium I worked action stations, made stocks, sauces, fabricated meats, smoked meats, made rubs, cooked Asian, Cajun, Italian, Southern, Southwestern, Latin, BBQ and many other styles. I worked at the Colorado Convention Center in Garde Manger from 2011 through 2014 doing events ranging from 150 people to 12,000 people. I've worked at Coors Field in their Gluten Free Station and won awards for the job I did there. I also worked action stations at the Pepsi Center cooking Asian food. I've also worked at hotels and country clubs and know the meaning of true fine dining. I am here to not only give you excellent service, but to go above and beyond to make your event the best it can be.
